How do you ensure the freshness and quality of tubers during delivery?
We use post-harvest cold storage hubs in Meru, Nyandarua, and Kisii to reduce spoilage and maintain freshness. Tubers are properly cured, sorted, and packed in breathable sacks or crates for local and export logistics.
Are your potatoes and sweet potatoes suitable for processing?
Yes. Our Shangi and Tigoni potato varieties are ideal for French fries and crisps, while our orange-fleshed sweet potatoes are perfect for baking, flour production, and health-focused exports. Moisture content and starch levels are tested for processing suitability.
